Agent Governance Foundation (AGF) is the open framework for agent identity, delegation, authorization, revocation and evidence. AXIS is INTREXA's commercial implementation of it.

Two things, deliberately kept separate.
AGF says how authorization should work, openly and vendor-neutrally. AXIS is one implementation of that model. You can adopt AGF without ever using AXIS.
AGF is not a separately incorporated foundation; it is maintained by INTREXA Technologies (OPC) Private Limited.
